Tracking macros is an essential step when you are following a weight loss journey. Basically Carbohydrates, Proteins and Fats are classified in macros. Tracking macros is crucial because it gives you a very good idea of whether you are following a diet plan correctly or not (having a balance between Carbohydrates, proteins, and fats). You can set up a ratio of 45% carbohydrates, 25% protein, and 30% fats. You can adjust these up to some extent if you want but these work best in my opinion.
